Message For Utility Customers
We would like to reaffirm our commitment to providing our
Utility Customers with the highest level of service, the most
cost effective approaches, and continuously evolving programs to
address your needs for product and support. We are aware of the
important role that reliable vendor support can play in
strengthening your utility's competitive position in the market
for power.
We give our pledge to continually seek out improvements to the
supply chain, which will address future needs with an eye
towards improving cost structures in significant ways.
Our service history will support the contention that choosing
FOR-TEK is a 'no risk' decision. FOR-TEK's commitment to
reliable service has been tested under normal and severe
conditions for years. This history of service is repeated over
and over again with the many utility customers who have placed
their trust in FOR-TEK.
Beyond our level of commitment, there are significant reasons
that choosing FOR-TEK is a no risk decision. FOR-TEK enjoys a
unique place in the market which gives us certain advantages
over our competitors, and makes us a stronger supplier either
for spot purchases or for single source of supply contracts
which require large quantities of highly sought after pole
sizes.
As a distributor with manufacturing alliances that have been
forged over time, we have the ability to source product from a
variety of facilities covering a wide geographical area. We are
not driven by the impossible manufacturing task of matching pole
sizes in production, which are uncontrollable and always unequal
to demand, with our customer's needs.
Instead, we are driven to procure the pole sizes that our
customers require in the quantities and at the times that they
need them. We have the resource base to do it, we have the
ability to keep inventory in order to compensate for supply and
demand inequities, and we have the experience to make it all
work. We are not burdened by an unpredictable and finite supply
of pole sizes, the effects of local weather conditions, logging
restrictions, shifts in customer requirements, or any of the
events of a dynamic market that impact pricing and the ability
to provide product.
FOR-TEK goes where the product is, and where it represents the
best value for you, the customer. |
